Your computer will download a small software utility to achieve connection with our computer. This will not install anything on top of your operating system so it does not cause any registry changes or application conflicts. Through our Appliance, a computer at the Burlington Computer Clinic premises will gain remote control. As soon as the session is over, the software will uninstall itself and neither the Burlington Computer Clinic nor anyone else will be able to connect to your computer again.
